When should I arrive for the retreat?
All participants are required to arrive on the first day to ensure they don’t miss any sessions. The second day begins with a Vedic fire ceremony and orientation.
Do you provide airport pickup?
Yes, we offer a free pickup from Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun). Pickup from Delhi Airport to Rishikesh can also be arranged at an additional cost of 75 USD.
What is included in the retreat package?
The retreat includes accommodation and meals. Complimentary yoga classes may also be offered during your stay.
Are there any additional expenses?
Yes, extra food, drinks, snacks, and personal expenses are not included and need to be covered by participants.
Is there any additional fee for Himalayan visits?
Yes, there is a forest entry fee of ₹1,700 INR per person. This fee is paid directly and supports the Uttarakhand Forest Department for safety and maintenance.
Can I arrive early or extend my stay?
Yes, you can arrive earlier or extend your stay at your own expense. Extended stays after the retreat are chargeable.
When does the retreat end?
The retreat will be completed on the 8th day at 12:00 PM. Please plan your departure after this time.
What is the best way to reach Rishikesh?
The most convenient way is to take a flight from Delhi to Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun). Share your flight details with us, and we will arrange your pickup.
What should I carry with me?
It is recommended to carry some Indian currency for your personal needs, such as shopping, snacks, or local expenses.
What can I do in my free time?
In your free time, you can explore Rishikesh, visit temples, relax at cafes, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy peaceful walks along the Ganga.
